Mary Targia is a dedicated YUM to her vivacious 7-year-old daughter, Briari.  When she isn’t on mommy duty, and betwixt and between mommy meltdowns, she moonlights as a digital marketing consultant for her self-owned company, MT Digital Inc., which she recently started after working on Madison Avenue for several years. She enjoys pretty much everything, but doesn’t get much time to indulge in the two minutes of spare time that she gets each day. However, she wouldn’t have it any other way.  She resides in the good ol’ city of Staten Island, New York with her daughter and her fiancé, Edward.

Carolina Pichardo is a proud YUM to her beautiful, energetic daughter, Lyanna (a.k.a. Lulu). She’s been an editor and writer for several trade publications, newsletters and websites, such as Tea & Coffee Trade Journal, Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology News and Working Mother Media. When she isn’t working on her blog, In Case You Missed It, writing for the Uptown Collective, or co-hosting a show on BlogTalk Radio for Washington Heights and Inwood, Carolina could be found playing in the park with her daughter, hula-hooping, or catching up on her tweets. She lives (true YUM-style) in the loudness that is Manhattan, New York with her daughter, plant collection and two turtles, Ying and Yang.
